Critiques
The freckles are great, and the nonremappable shirt design is a very unique touch. However, I feel like this is lost on the shading of jacket/overshirt. While the hair and wings display precision and good form, the shirt looks a bit rushed and sloppy. The neck is also a bit flat in shading, which looks odd in contrast to the soft shading of the wings and shirt, where you used more gradients.
Clothing folds are very difficult to master. I recommend having someone modeling for you so that you can have a reference to work from. When I work, I surround myself with my references so that I'm working from observation. Drawing from observation rather than imagination is one of the best ways to obtain a sense of realism in your work. Keep at it!
