KAY. so i've been absent for almost a month, holy cow. it didn't feel like i was gone that long but the unseen deviations and messages never lie.

the last weekend of may my boyfriend took me down to the ocean with our friends for some beginning of the summer partying. we rented a sweet hotel room, tanned on the beach during the day and lounged at the pool at night. it was a nice little vacation and when i got back my friend surprised me with an early birthday present.. a kitten!

his name is theodore. <3 matt and i call him theo and stinkyfoot. he's all black, very fluffy and has these huge pastel green eyes that make you fall in love with him. he's a handful though, i almost named him trouble at first. the little guy likes to jump up on the table when people are eating, sneak into trash cans when no one is looking and insists on getting into any seat you're about to sit in right before you plop down so he's almost been squished a few times. xD

a week after getting home from the ocean matt sprung another vacation on me. his family invited me along to tennessee with them for a week. we drove down and stayed in the prettiest cabin i've ever seen. it was extremely high up on a hill so the view was breathtaking.. and very romantic. he got drunk for the first time.. which was amusing considering the morning after we decided to go horseback riding hahaa. never again.

i got a new tattoo AND a new job! (finallyyy.)
i start training today and actually have to begin getting ready soon.

on a final note, it should come as no surprise that i'm putting commissions on hold for now seeing as i'm very busy at the moment. however, i am finishing the final port i've been working on for my last commissioner and once i've got my schedule figured out i'll reopen them. :3

i hope everyone has had (and continues to have) a great june!
